Villa Boa Vida is an elegant and modern villa with sea view, built in 2023. It is situated directly below Villa Catalina. The villa offers approximately 240 m² of living space on a plot of around 700 m² and is perfectly suited for up to 10 guests — an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a wonderful holiday in the Algarve, close to the beach and sea (approx. 450 m away).
The living and dining area is exceptionally spacious and stylishly designed, making it perfect for social gatherings with family or friends. Two of the villa's four suites are located on the ground floor: the first features two single beds and a private en-suite shower room, while the second offers a double bed and its own private shower room. A separate guest WC is also available.
The first floor houses two additional suites, both with their own private shower rooms, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The kitchen is fully and very modernly equipped — two fridge-freezers, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine and more — allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The villa features a total of 6 Smart TVs.
Outdoors, the villa impresses with a heated infinity pool (powered by solar energy), a barbecue area, and an outdoor dining space. Additional seating beneath palm trees lets even larger groups organize their evenings to suit them. Villa Boa Vida also features a Jacuzzi on its roof terrace — the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day amidst breathtaking views.
Despite its quiet location in a dead-end street, Villa Boa Vida offers excellent access to beaches, restaurants and shopping — the perfect base for a relaxed holiday in the Algarve.

No-show — failure to arrive without timely cancellation counts as cancellation on the arrival day; the full price is due.
The balance of the rental price is due at the latest 30 days before arrival. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
